Copper, copper, copper
On a recent visit to PROCAT in Basildon we spotted the copper pipework recycling bins in the plumbing workshop.
Good to know that the plumbing students are still learning their skills by using copper and that once the practice joints and bends have been made the copper goes into the recycling chain.
Over 40% of the copper used in Europe comes from recycling. Copper is 100% recyclable and can be reused again and again, without any loss of performance. So, the copper tube and fittings that you put into recycling can be made into more copper tube and fittings.
